In the south part of the Lewenberg district in the residence and state capital, our lovingly furnished apartment is located in our listed villa on the lake, close to the center in a quiet residential street. From the apartment to the nearest swimming in Lake Schwerin, you need a 3-minute walk... you can walk to the castle on a beautiful waterfront path in 20 minutes and downtown is not much further. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest in 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 sqm) ... there is a second toilet ( without a figure), you have a terrace and can grill in the garden. Heating/hot water are included.

(About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.

The guesthouse is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., that have been designed and built in individual crafts and with a lot of love for detail.
