This house is available for winter rentals on Minot beach in Scituate, MA. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bed includes king and full bathroom. Open kitchen overlooks a large family room as well as a second living space. Spacious deck with a breathtaking private view of the beach. Please note that during this time, the stairs will NOT be down but the beach is fully accessible via a public opening about 600ft away. During times of severe weather, the house will be boarded to protect the home.

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. Freshly painted well maintained by owner bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!
