Welcome to our second 2 bedroom home in North Phoenix. This is a duplex located in a quaint culdesak. We have been renting the other side via AirBnB for the past 3 years. In 2021 we spent 3 month remodeling the home with an eye on casual-minded guests wanting a functional clean house. Located near two freeways, commuting is convenient. Dogs and even teenagers are welcome. We've got killer wifi and a great backyard for relaxing after hours. The parking alone makes this home memorable ;-)
