Chalet Aurora is a cozy chalet located in romantic scenery between breathtaking mountains and beautiful Lac Noir not far away from Fribourg in Switzerland. The chalet is a wooden structure and has the typical charm of a mountain hut, but is equipped with state of the art electrical equipment, comfortable beds and fully renovated bathroom and kitchen facilities. The chalet sleeps up to 8 people. The lake is perfect for swimming and in winter the ski resort (ski bus or 2km by car) can be used.

Welcome on our authentic Swiss farm!Situated in a rural, quiet area in the Canton of Fribourg, it’s a real treat and the perfect port for your family and holiday vacation, or for a work stay. Built in 1835 by our ancestors, families have been taken care of and preserved the farm for now almost two centuries, handing it over to the following generations. The farm is close to the cities of Berne and Fribourg (20km) as well as several tourist attractions and the mountains.

The house can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and can accommodate 9 people (if needed, up to 11 people can also be accommodated) A spacious kitchen-living room and a large terrace invite you to linger. The pizza oven can be used. In addition, 2 stand up paddles are available. The bathtub at the terrace can be filled with water if desired. A fire bowl for grilling is available. Roommates are 2 lovely cats.

Family-friendly cottage with large garden next to Bergbach (50 m from the house) in a small settlement. 10 minutes walk to the Schwarzsee. The house has two floors and has three rooms. Easily accessible by public transport. The house is not suitable for more than four adults.
