Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. We have a bus 350m away to Figueirinha beach. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.
