A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

** Summer availability ** Stay between the gorgeous New Forest woodlands, and the beautiful Dorset/Hampshire coastline! Oak Tree Cottage is a barn conversion, beautifully renovated with wooden flooring, underfloor heating throughout and a double-height open plan living area. It is a cosy and comfortable base after a day exploring. Set near open countryside, but close to popular Lymington and just down the road from the beach at the friendly village Milford on Sea and Keyhaven saltmarshes.

The Upper Deck is a delightful recently redecorated first floor apartment with a south facing roof terrace tucked away in a quiet residential area in the scenic seaside town of Ventnor. Located just a short walk to the Town Centre, Beach and Esplanade. Ventnor boasts many fine eating and dining places to suit everyone's needs. The Island offers many walks to enjoy and beautiful scenery is a great place to explore by foot, bike or car, with numerous places to visit for all ages.

Our delightful cottage provides the best of old world charm and modern convenience. It is a pretty 17th Century thatched cottage in a small village, furnished to a high standard with a lovely mature garden. We have a well equipped kitchen and cater for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cots & toys. Located in the New Forest National Park and not far to the coast, Paultons Park & other attractions. My place is good for couples, families with children and small groups.

Claudia's stydio is located in respectable quiet road approx 200 m to the beach close to the local shops, ideal for kitesurfing and water sports and Sand parks play areas for children , Cycling track, nature reserves , funfair, BMX track and skatepark, ideal for walks . Indian and Chinese restaurants fish and chip shops Tesco's co-op sainsbury's lidl's are all within a short walk . for use of futon please book for three people as its a added expense

Our house is perfect for friends, families, and furry friends (dogs only).
