Keep it simple at this peaceful one bedroom/one bathroom centrally located casita. Private access and no doors leading to main house for added privacy. Just 40 mins from Zion NP. 5mins to Quail Lake & 20min Sand Hollow Lake. Just 16 mins to downtown St George. In the winter months we have a great skiing resort called Brian Head that’s 1.5 hours away. Polaris Rzr available to rent upon request. TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave &coffee pot. No pets. No smoking.

Brand new 750 sqft Guesthouse! The home itself is pure Heaven! My husband and I built this with luxury in mind. Brand new everything!! In a nice residential cul-de-sac! There is a creek across the street and park with a grill next door! If you haven't experienced the night sky outside of a big city then you're in for a treat!!
