Amazing views of ocean and mountains Walk to the beach, Malecon, plaza, and market Shared rooftop deck and dipping pool A/C Fast WIFI Full Kitchen Triple Filtered water Kitchen & Bath is safe to drink Shared Bicycles Bldg is on a hill & has no elevator. Guests describe our place as quaint and homey. Our desired guests are mature adults or families. If you plan a wild Spring Break style stay, please rent somewhere else. We cannot provide housekeeping but the shared washer/dryer is free.

Great for a family! Very big modern space in a private /quiet gated community w/ separate entrance and own private balcony! Has a king bed, a twin bed and a full size couch. 45" flat screen. Huge walk in shower. Full kitchen including fridge, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher! Infinity pool and tennis court on site. Recent upgrades includes new couch, kitchenware, and beautiful Lacoste hand, face, and bath towels. Our goal is to provide you with a 4+ star experience for the price of a 2!

New apartment, with beautiful decorations is close to the beach( 3 minutes ),boardwalk (10 minutes),with recreational areas (swimming pool for adults and children, play area, lounge area, mini golf, table tennis, heated Jacuzzi ). Internet( 25 megas of speed ), Cablevisión,Netflix, air conditioning(in each bedroom and dining room), smart TV TV ( 1 in each bedroom and in dining room), terrace overlooking the pools , furnished, third floor, two parking.
