We rent out a ground floor apartment with separate entrance.Bedroom with large double bed, combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two people. The sofa bed is suitable for babies up to about 12 years. Equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Hand counter. Toilet with sink. Shower/outside with hot water is directly adjacent to the apartment entrance. Neighbor with the city park with playground and 4 min walk to ICA, pharmacy, gym etc. Close proximity to beach and harbor with restaurants, cold bath houses etc.

Bright modern little guesthouse

Unique house of 25 sqm built in 2019. 5 sleeping places of which 3 beds on sleeping loft and sofa for 2 people on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette (not stove) with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, egg boiler, etc. The house is wintery and has both AC and heating. South facing and patio on the front, with barbecue, in the morning and evening sun. 1500m to one of Sweden's best beaches and about 1400m to the center. About 30 minutes drive from Malmö and 2 minute walk from the bus stop with frequent departures.

Cozy cottage near the forest and ocean - newly renovated 2023

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör harbour is 1.8 km away and has several cosy restaurants. Ica shop open 07-23, 700 m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also some restaurants, café and a small ICA shop.

Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.

Sunny but cool apartment for up to four in Skanör

På promenadavstånd till Falsterbo Horse Show och stranden i Skanör är det en perfekt och enkel lägenhet för ett eller två vuxna par, fridfullt och centralt beläget. Inga störande grannar ovanpå och stor tomt. Nära till centrum med ICA och busshållplats, apotek och gym. För den som ska till Malmö Hyllie/Hyllie Arena är det ca en halvtimme med direktbuss 300 (eller bil). Restid till från flygplatsen Kastrup (CPH) mindre än en timme.

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or borrow bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge.
