Lovely house close to Vallåsen with large terrace

Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

Idyllic summerhouse on Bjärehalvön Skåne

Close to the sea (about 3 km) wonderful meadow with open landscape and a glimpse of the sea in the distance, it is located in Hallavara between Torekov and Båstad. A fantastic accommodation for up to 11 people, the house is absolutely wonderful and newly renovated. Here you live next door to Falkenberg's beach bath with amazingly nice spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cosy apartment in house of 60 sqm open to nock. Open floor plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PR speakers. The apartment has AC. Patio with barbecue grill. Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
