Our apartment is situated in a brand new building, right next to Geo Milev city park. Set conveniently between the airport and the city center this is a very quiet location, suitable for both family and business travelers. The artistic design will make you feel at home and help you relax after the busy day. If you feel like shopping, have in mind that "Serdika" mall is within a walking distance. Besides hosting activities our apartment is a preferred spot for advertisement and movie shootings.

Wonderful apartment with spacious premises and great panorama. It is located on the 6th floor of a total of 77.9 sq. m. ,controlled access and a panorama of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and The mountain. Within walking distance of the center, close to metro and main boulevards and public transport. P.S. this is not a brand new apartment. This is an artistic place combined with perfect location and therefore the price is what it is. If you looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. The apartment has fast wi-fi Internet and cable TV. We offer free parking in a garage across the street, please book it in advance.
