The house is a farmhouse style with a 4 metre wide deck extending the length of the house. The house is separated into two sections, with no common areas other than a portion of the front deck, and separate entrances. We live in one section and the other section is for guests.

Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach.
