This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.

Vista Gardens is a large 4 bedroom, 2000 sq ft private home with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a crib in a nice, quiet, country setting minutes from the airport. On-suite master bath (shower is small) with another full bathroom. Large private patio and lawn area. Also private, paved parking area. Entire area has security lighting. Wheelchair access into house. NO "VISITORS " ALLOWED. Two pets are allowed at $50 each.
