In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and a further couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small, but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm so sorry ,but since I have kids myself, I'm talking about experience

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
