It has plenty of room for storage, central air, and a big front yard to spend evenings after a day at the ocean. The house is a short 5 min drive from the beach, that is a 10 minute bike ride or a 25 minute walk. Beach get away 1 mile from Manasquan Beach!

2 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths with large living room and eating area, 1.2 miles from Manasquan beach, less than a mile from downtown Manasquan shops. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a hotel room or rooms, this space is a great option and value. It is not a summer rental unit! It is a large 2 bedroom in-law suite with its own entrance attached to our home. We allow a maximum of 4 guests and all must be over 21. No additional guests are allowed, parking for one vehicle only.

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
