The Stieringer Hof = Arrive. Secluded location surrounded by nature. Beautifully renovated, romantic and peaceful - break from everyday life. The property, with 11,000 square meters of space, is easily accessible in the front Odenwald. The A5 motorway near Weinheim can be reached in 10 minutes. From there, it is 20 minutes to Mannheim, 20 minutes to Heidelberg and about 40 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. There are good shopping opportunities in Birkenau, 4.5 km away; restaurants can be found abundantly in the vicinity.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped such as washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, Internet-enabled TV, WiFi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews, as the cottage was permanently rented.

By car, bicycle or public transport you can quickly reach the nearest wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and restaurants on foot. A tourist info is about 100 meters away.
