Alone In The Woods With Your Own River Nearby

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Idyllic old wooden villa from the 1930s with a magnificent view of the sea. It is a beautiful place to rent for tourists or others visiting this part of Norway. And it comes with a long-running family history. The kitchen and the bathroom have been completely renovated and have a top modern standard. The rest of the house keeps the historic charm with wooden walls and floors. The property is 2400 square meters. There is parking space for three cars. But the best: The view! You will love it!

Huset er stort med stor hage som vil bli vedlikeholt av huseier. Carport. Over vei er det stor parkeringsplass. Huset er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter som raskt internett og tv til alle soverom og stue.I nærhet til sjø (10 meter) med flotte turområder, sentrum og strender i umiddelbar nærhet.

Newly renovated furnished apartment on Bjelland. Brand new bathroom with heating cables, washing and tumble. Large nice terrace with outdoor furniture. It has a heat pump. From the apartment there is a short distance to Kværner, shops, restaurants, cafes, schools sports facilities, great hiking areas and Leirvik city centre with all services.
