It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. Natural stone shower, green furnished south-west terrace and 2 balconies.

Within less than an hour by car there are many things to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, the Ammersee and the Starnberger See and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Worth a visit are the castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the monastery Andechs and the Wieskirche.
