Situé dans un périmètre classé, il est le point de départ idéal pour explorer la cathédrale et les marchés de Noël. L'appartement dispose de deux grandes chambres avec lit double et d'une mezzanine avec un canapé-lit. Un supplément de 10 euros par nuit est demandé pour l'usage du canapé-lit lorsque la réservation concerne moins de 5 voyageurs (à indiquer avant votre arrivée). L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble construit en 1760, dans un périmètre classé par les bâtiments de France. Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable et directe sur la Cathédrale de Strasbourg et la porte de l'hôpital depuis l'appartement. Appartement 3/4 pièces en duplex au dernier niveau (3ème étage sans ascenseur), réaménagé et redécoré pour l'accueil de nos hôtes en 2017, dans le style et la tradition alsacienne. Il est situé au cœur d'un quartier historique de Strasbourg. L'appartement plus de détails: Au premier niveau: - Un salon / salle à manger : équipée d'un canapé confortable et spacieux, 1 fauteuil relax, une table basse, TV Box Internet, WiFi, une table avec 4 chaises et 2 tabourets, un chaise haute bébé et une grande armoire. - Une cuisine entièrement équipée : avec plans de travail, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cocottes, casseroles, appareil à raclette, four, micro-ondes, cuisinière 4 brûleurs, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso, machine à café filtre. .. - Une première chambre avec un lit double 140x190cm, une armoire avec étagère et penderie. - Un WC indépendant. Au deuxième niveau: - Une deuxième chambre avec un lit double 140x190cm, un espace dressing avec une grande commode et une penderie. - Un second WC indépendant. - Une salle de bain avec baignoire, équipée d'un lave-linge sèche-linge. - Un espace mezzanine, accueillant un canapé-lit. Nous mettons également à disposition de nos hôtes un lit parapluie pour bébé, qui peut être déplié dans la chambre de votre choix (les deux chambres sont assez grandes). N'hésitez pas à nous l'indiquer par avance pour que nous vous le préparions pour votre arrivée. Nos hôtes disposent de tout l'appartement lors de leur séjour. Strasbourgeois de coeur, n'hésitez pas à nous questionner lors de la préparation de votre voyage ou quand vous arrivez, nous serons heureux de vous informer ... Dans ce quartier jeune et dynamique, vous trouverez à deux pas de l'immeuble un petit supermarché, un parking, des places animées avec bars et restaurants ainsi qu'une station de tramway. Vous pourrez également louer des vélos à proximité. L'appartement est situé dans l'hyper centre de Strasbourg. Il est accessible par bus et par tram ou à pied depuis la gare de Strasbourg.
