Enter the backyard through the gate on the left side of the house. Room has sunny south-facing windows with top-down/bottom-up, room darkening blinds. Full bathroom with deep tub and heated tile floor. Room has sound insulation in all walls and the ceiling. Private entrance in quiet, private backyard with koi pond. SKIERS!! : I"m only 45 minutes to Sun Peaks; I know this because I skied 48 days last year. Happy to share info on runs, or meet there and take a few together. :)

Lovely one bedroom rental unit near the river

A whole one bedroom apartment on the main floor of our family home, available for short term rentals. We are located a block from the North Thompson River and across the street from Westsyde Centennial park with many amenities such as: Little Farmer's Petting Zoo, riverside walking/biking trails/beach, sport's fields, a large dog park, playground and splash pad. It is a 15-20 minute drive to central shopping/downtown and only a 10 minute drive to Privato winery.
