Charming Biltmore Home With Backyard Oasis

Start the day in a home where open layouts create a feeling space and style. Spread out on the large leather sectional couch, enjoy meals on the hand-made wood dining room table, and go outside for a game of ping pong, corn hole and to see the Koi pond. Enjoy sitting under the patio canvas sail while enjoying the gas fire pit with family and friends. Take a stroll through the quiet neighborhood and maybe extend that walk to some restaurants, bars and shops. Our home is just steps away from anything/everything you could ever want/need, it is situated in a very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood. There is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The king and both twin beds are brand new tempurpedic for a great night sleep. The kitchen and main living space are open which makes for great socializing. This open space includes a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island with 3 bar stools, large leather sectional couch, and hand made wood dining room table. The kitchen and main living space open up to the beautiful back yard for in/out door living! We hope to see you soon! Extra guests: If there are more than 6 guests we will require $55 per night per additional guest. This is also listed under "Additional Prices". We will need this prior to check in. We want your stay with us to be an enjoyable experience. The home is tucked away in a fantastic central location. From here, head into town to dine at family-owned restaurants, read a book in a cute cafe, and browse through unique shops. Piestewa Peak is nearby providing great hiking options and views. We will have two bikes that you can use (which is our favorite way to get around) and Uber is also a good way to get to all the nearby places that are available to you. Landscape maintenance and irrigation technician: We do have the landscapers servicing the front and backyards typically (not always) on Monday's between 10-1pm. Sorry for the inconvenience if you happen to be there during the service period. Flood irrigation: We also periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. Basically we get about 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works it's way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours and you can walk on it. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for an inconvenience this may cause you. Please call us if you have any questions. The Boho/Southwest home is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - with a central location near the airport, convention center, sports arenas, Tempe Town Lakes, ASU hiking and lots of restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. Walk, bike, light rail, or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. The back guest house is also on Airbnb. You may be sharing the backyard with another guest. We love dogs! A Spacious private, cozy 1 bedroom Southwest style Guest Casita with private entrance, 1bath, queen bed, basic cable, streaming apps tv, free 5G WI-FI! Charming gated courtyard entrance. Close to State Farm Stadium-7 miles, PIR NASCAR, & Cactus League games. Wigwam Resort less than a mile. New upgraded tile flooring and blackout shades, 1 queen bed in Casita and 1 blow up queen bed available upon request. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Unfortunately I cannot host cats.
