There's an exit from the terrace on the first floor with a view of the water that's 300 meters away. The listing has two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from the city center of Svendborg with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden is fenced off as smaller dogs may be in the garden.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful starry sky (dark sky). The house welcomes you in the spacious entrance hall, with plenty of closet space, bedroom with 2 single beds and closet space, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump. Large terrace with grill. In the secluded courtyard environment is access to a room with bed (140x200cm. ), closet space, electric radiator. There is a secluded outdoor shower. In the garden house there is daybed, table with chairs.

Sleep well. Cozy in the loveliest enclosed garden.

Billing house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

In addition, GORILLA PARK with unique climbing experiences is an 18-minute drive away. In addition, you can take a trip to VALDEMAR CASTLE at Tåsinge, which is 18 minutes drive away. If you want to visit the birthplace of H.C. Andseren, it is 35 minutes away by car. If you want a trip to LEGOLAND, it's only a 90 minute drive away.

Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. The guesthouse consists of a small kitchen, a small dining room with stairs up to the first floor. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere.
