Only 250 meters from Klarälven. 3 rooms with large kitchen. Two bedrooms, with 5 beds. 150 meters to convenience store, electric car charging. Well-equipped kitchen with stove, fan, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster and complete household utensils etc. Broadband with WiFi. Living room with large sofa, tv, Apple TV, Netflix.

Cottage with lake property, jetty and smaller boat with motor. Hiking trails, fishing waters, swimming, Relaxation, Ski trails, Ski trails and more. Fishing licenses must be purchased at the Store in Lekvattnet or online at Ifiske. You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Homely house in 2 levels with 5 rooms and kitchen, spacious areas where the whole family can fit. Bathtub in the smaller bathroom. Big wooden deck with awning and outdoor furniture. Barbecue available. 80 meters to Lekvatt lake and sandy beach you just walk over the road and you are there. Plan the lawn in front of the house if you want to play croquet or cube. Cozy annex with its own veranda just behind the house that can accommodate 6 guests. NOTE: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ELECTRIC CAR IN THE PREMISES POWER OUTLETS.

Put on your cross-country skis or hiking boots and head straight out on the prepared trails. If you want it more fast-paced, you will find Lindvallen only 15-20 min away. There you will find everything you might need for a fast-paced holiday such as downhill skiing, downhill, paddle, cinema, adventure swimming, spa, gym, yoga, etc. After a day on the slopes, you can sit in the sauna and enjoy the peace.

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on lighted ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Välkommen till detta nybyggda hus med fin utsikt mot Branäsberget och upp till 10 sovplatser. Här får både din egna och bästa polarens familj plats att umgås efter dagens äventyr i backen, skogen eller på Klarälven. Två fräscha badrum där det ena har en liten bastu(2-3 personer), torkskåp, tvättmaskin med inbyggd tumlare, braskamin, Wi-Fi, tv med Netflix och fina utrymmen för att spela sällskapsspel.

During your stay in this home you are close to hiking trails, the clar river for swimming, paddling and fishing or you can enjoy on the terrace by the grill of the tranquility in northern Värmland.
