The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Holiday house Sundperle - Family-friendly cottage for up to 7 persons. Child and animal friendly, private terrace and beautiful garden, large living and dining area 40m², two bedrooms with 7 beds. The vacation home "Sundperle" is located on my spacious private property. It is ideal for families up to 7 people. The total of 80 square meters of living space and the 20 sqm terrace offer enough space for the whole family and invite you to relax and linger.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernised. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

Vacation home in quiet camp in Binz on Rügen

We rent a cozy cottage in quiet camp. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 persons. The larger bedroom is equipped with double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large living kitchen in American style is fully equipped. The living area is open plan and invites you to relax by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also second parking space.

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family

Two decks above the things owner-occupied apartments in the best harbor location with unobstructed views of the Müritz with a surrounding balcony - from sunrise to sunset, no sunshine is lost. The beach outside the door, rent a boat in the adjacent harbour, kayak through the lake landscape or bike hiking in the Müritz National Park ... so a perfect "feel-good base".

Also a nice terrace, a garden, parking & barbecue are available free of charge. The cottage is very well equipped. Shopping facilities are 5 min away. No spa tax.
