Info re: Hurricane Helene/Milton can be found further in description. Directly on the beach; this bright and airy condo is your perfect get away on the Gulf! You can feel the powdered sand beneath your toes and that warm ocean breeze, every time you step out your front door. Location is one of the things that makes this condo a true gem. With access to grocery stores, many restaurants and activities. This section of the beach is truly paradise.

Waterfront condo with pool view. The view of the intercoastal is fantastic. Especially beautiful sunsets! Pinellas trail across the street to ride your bike or hike, a beautiful 38 mile trail. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. Only 8 min drive to beach. 15 min from downtown St. Pete. Unit 307 NO pet. NO emotional support animal per HOA rule. Walking distance to the most beautiful, quiet beach along this stretch. Close to everything, centrally-located place. Salt rock grill restaurant 1 block away. Mini-golf course next door. Hot tub, pool, dry sauna room. AC: DO NOT TURN AC TO BELOW 70. Line condensation may cause vent blockage.
