We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free. Easy access from front door, and lockable room. 5 minute walk to the seafront, train station and the town. Bus Stop outside. Parking can be accessed in nearby Close. The unit contains a fridge and microwave. Tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice will also be provided, but no breakfast.
