Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms on the waterfront. This is the best you will find. All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. New grill added on 6/19/2020. The home is being updated as needed. From new oven mitts to anything else needing an upgrade. Check out the pictures. Quincy View apartment is 6-7 blocks from downtown Houghton. It is one unit in a complex. It’s a quiet building with limited parking. The apartment is a ground floor apartment, so it is not necessary to climb stairs unless you need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building,with 2 coin operated washers/2 dryers available. The two bedroom apartment is 740 square feet in total. It has an open floor plan between the living room/kitchen.

This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown.
