Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to the Appenzellerland, in the valley of the New Year's Eve castles, in Urnäsch, an old house with separate entrance, a beautiful seating area, directly at the Urnäsch (stream) and the post office car stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 70s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger, simple, quiet and cozy and to know well, my parents live in the other part of the house (own entrance), but this does not affect them.

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

This apartment was renovated in summer 2019. A homey apartment for 2 - 4 people has been created. It is well connected to public transportation. The nearest ski resort can be reached by post bus in just 13 minutes. Beautiful walks can be made from the front door. For bookings of one night or more, you will receive the Toggenburg guest card with which you can benefit from many discounts. By public transport you travel free of charge in Obertoggenburg.

The comfortably furnished studio (ground floor) is situated at 800 meters abovesea level in a quiet residential neighborhood. From the sunny seat you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). There is a grill bowl there. In about 10 minutes by bus or Appenzellerbahn, the bus or Appenzellerbahn are within walking distance. Within 10 km you can reach various leisure facilities within 10 km (mini golf, bathrooms, hiking, skiing, biking).
