Bright duplex of 30 m2 with mezzanine, quiet residence with pool open from May to September . Ideal for 2 people and a child. Two minutes walk to the port of Saint Martin. Equipped kitchen. Please note that linens are not provided. Linen rental at a low price offered. No WiFi equipment. The apartment is fully disinfected after each rental . On the other hand, guests are asked to leave the apartment clean because there is no cleaning fee.
