Nice to meet you:) Today, this is my home♥ lodging Planning a fun trip? If so, come and see the spectacular ocean view located at Samsung Home Prestige 1 in the heart of Sokcho. Our accommodation is located in a location that satisfies both sightseeing and relaxation at the same time. It is in the center of the city, where various amenities are provided, and the food heaven central market and rodeo street are 5 minutes away on foot, and there are various attractions nearby, including Abai Village, Expo Park, and the beach famous for squid sundae, so it is a good location to explore using public transportation even if you don't have a car. In addition, it is a beautiful restaurant, so you can enjoy a beautiful night view even in the accommodation:) Our accommodation does not use a cleaning agency, and it is cleaned and managed by my mom, a veteran housewife of her 39th year. I always sweep and sweep thinking that the family uses it, so you don't have to worry about the cleanliness.

(: The couch, the red console, the living console, the guitar, the electronic guitar, the shellfish chandelier, the books, some of the hand-written items I used to carry and use myself.) You can enjoy Yeongrang Lake with its beautiful nature from the living room and terrace. You can enjoy both the sea and the lake with a 10-minute walk. Also, Dongmyeong Port, Yeonggeumjeong, and Intercity Bus Terminal are not far away. Mysterious lighting will add to the atmosphere of the night and make your time with the travel companions shine. The clutter-free white modern interior clears away everyday dizziness and focuses more on the time here and now. We didn't have a TV in the living room so we could fill it with our own stories. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of the cinema in the bedroom. The bedroom is set up to be as comfortable as possible with only low light lighting to help with intensive movie watching and deep sleep. Recommended for solo or couple travelling.

It's not a professional fantasy, but it's a place where only one team stays, so it's a quiet place to relax. I opened my home for my family and acquaintances, but wanted it to be a welcoming place to connect with good people. The interior furnishings are made of birch wood, like the listing name (birch and white), and the walls are made of pure white. I want you to take a look at my birch, swing around in a well-organized garden, read a book, and rest quietly.

Flagging in the sunlight [Yeongrang Peninsula]

It is a nice accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain, which are seen through a large window where the warm sunlight fills the house. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, so it is great for lovers, friends or family. The house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room kitchen and veranda. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, so there is no inconvenience when traveling with four people. You can lie in bed and watch TV, Netflix, etc. comfortably. There is a small terrace, so on a nice day, it is also good for a cup of tea with warm sunshine and nature. Just a short drive outside and downhill to the lake. Enjoy the beautiful Yeongrang Lake by walking slowly throughout the four seasons. (We have been operating with the new interior since September 23, 2021.)
