In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small side room individually for us, for friends and guests. Some are modern, others have the charm of past times. Much seems coherent to us, some is still in the process of becoming. So nothing is standard. What has not yet been considered by us and is useful for guests, can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the farm edge, so is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

Our house is right by the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house/plot has approx.130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of plot area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the plot is not fenced), so that a dog brought with him can also turn his rounds once alone. A garden with beach basket, a Buddel box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
