Beside the beautiful park of Villa Pamphili for visiting, jogging and walks. Few steps from the apartment there are: supermarkets, open markets, excellent restaurants, shops, bars, one open 24 hours with happy hour and restaurant open until midnight, post office, pizza and ice cream parlors, all kinds of shops. Close to the main historic attractions but out of the caos and noise of bars and pubs open till early morning. It is luxuriously comfortable and cured in every detail and we hope you will feel at home! All the house is Wifi connected with fast fiber navigation. Unlimited hot water supply. We can supply cot free of charge. The apartment is accessed from the ground floor of the main entrance of the building (which has also another entrance from the garage area 2 floors below) and the windows are on the first and second floor. It is also possible to rent the main apartment without the studio as visible from my profile on my other page of the Plus listing. Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself. The main apartment has a spacious entrance, a sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a splendid Murano chandelier, a pretty terrace, where smoking is allowed, where to relax and 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds. The connecting studio can be prepared with twin beds or a double. It has it's independent entrance and a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, electric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV and hot and cold airconditioning and locks on the doors. They are all in different styles and colors, with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows and spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms have jetted tubs and cromo lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch TV while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers. You will find hairdryers in all the bedrooms and an iron with ironing board. The dining area has plenty of sitting place and a french window onto a charming terrace shaded and secluded by trees. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with french window onto a balcony where you'll find the washing/dryer machine and outside sink. Born as a family home it has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils. We have given all rooms a different name: - St. Peter's. A modern spacious room with parquet flooring window and french window onto private balcony. Lovely room with stunning black and white bathroom with jetted tub - St. Angelo. A classic bright and elegant room with marble floors. A beautiful spacious room with desk for who needs to work even while being on holiday... Elegant bathroom with jetted tub - Colosseum. A pretty modern double bedroom with parquet flooring, wide windows, white bed and furnishings and lavender colored walls, bathroom with shower - Studio. A self contained connecting modern room with kitchen corner and ensuite modern bathroom with spacious shower and LED illumination. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and we can organize special aids on request. Please contact me for details. Very well connected to the entire city from bus stops and underground routes located nearby. Experience authentic Italian restaurants and shopping in a lively bustling area. Supermarkets, bars, taxi station, great restaurants and shops are all within steps. Bus stop just across the road direct to Piazza Venezia Historical centre and stadium. You'll be everywhere in minutes The apartment is near the Vatican City, 15 minutes walk from S.Peter's Square and from Vatican Museums, a short bus ride from Navona Square and Campo de' Fiori, 10 minutes by underground from Spagna Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Connected to Stadium directly by bus 31. Bus stops across the road with direct lines to St. Peter's, Piazza Venezia (beginning of Forum walk to Colosseum), Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona ext. The underground is at 900 mts walk and there is a taxi station just across the square. Metro Line A connecting Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps, Barberini ext to Termini train station and from there Fiumicino Airport. Baldo degli Ubaldi stop At last, for shopping lovers, the zone is one of the best in Rome! All at walking distance. I will be glad to indicate great pizza and ice cream, restaurants and of course my favourite places for getting a feel of Rome's unique magical atmosphere. Night bus stops in the square. In the apartment I trust that as my guests generously say in their reviews, you will find everything you want and more... I leave a House guide with info on public transport, restaurants, shops, explanation on house equipment as well as my personal suggesions on what you just can't miss in Rome... The bar will send up breakfast and Pizza at a phone call and there are various take away solutions close to the apartment. Between Two Parks

Escape from the crowds and enjoy a real Roman experience in the tranquillity of this minimal, modern flat in a quiet corner nestled into the city's magnificent Aurelian Walls. Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. The flat overlooks the Aurelian Walls with 'Parco delle Mura Aureliane' in one direction and 'Parco degli Scipioni' in the other, both less than 2 minutes’ walk away. Just across the road is the covered market of Piazza Epiro, great for typical fresh local produce. Many major attractions are nearby: the Basilica of San Giovani in Laterano, the Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, the Museum of the Walls, the Catacombs, and the beautiful Basilica of St. Stephen in the Round. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. It's a great base for a musician, a writer, or an artist keen to explore the ancient beauty of the Eternal City.
