Newly renovated house with proximity to beach

We hire out our newly renovated spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little bit of paradise... It's how you feel when you step into this fantastic house that is tucked behind chalky white sand dunes on a large nature plot by the shore of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

You will be close to everything (Beach/sea, train to Kastrup/Copenhagen/ Malmö/Lund/ Helsingborg. 20 minutes walk to Trelleborg harbor for the ferry to Poland,Germany and Lithuania. Sturup airport and Falsterbo/Skanör is 20 km when you stay in this centrally located apartment. For safety, the bikes can be parked in a locked bike storage and also there is congratulations car parking. Access to the laundry room/ fridge as well as fully equipped kitchen and glazed balcony. Tastefully decorated house (190 m2) only 500 meter from Kämpinge Beach. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday; a garden with outdoor shower, relaxing areas including a hammock, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Inside you can enjoy the sauna, modern kitchen or chose between two different TV areas (Apple TV). Biking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house is easy to reach from Malmö and Copenhagen, and there are no big roads to cross to get to the beach.
