The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

There is a flat screen, wifi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in worse weather. The beach promenade is a 1-minute walk away and the harbour is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station you walk to us for about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop or bike rental nearby. Parking is right by the house. The spa tax in the high season is 1.50 €/day/adult, otherwise 1.00 €.
