Recently renovated and furnished 1 bed / 1 bath apartment suite with a full living room, dining area and separate bedroom. King-sized bed, 55 inch smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, writing desk and bench, as you would find in a hotel suite. Note that there is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Close to fine dining in Tahoe City and walkable to the lake, dining and grocery stores, bike path located just across the street. Off-street parking space in front of the unit included.

NO PETS ALLOWED. This private condo is a short walk to Lake Tahoe via the Hyatt Regency and their restaurants. Only five minutes from golfing, tennis, and skiing. You’ll love this place because of the ambiance, the outdoor balcony, the neighborhood, the hot tub downstairs, the comfy bed, the fast WiFi, and access to HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Netflix in both rooms.
