This is a self catering two bed first floor apartment located right in the city centre of Truro. The Old Smelting works is an old Industrial Building converted with all the advantages of Modern day living. With a private parking space and yet literally five minutes walk from Truro Train station it makes it an ideal base for work or pleasure. The beautiful Truro Cathedral and city centre with plenty of shops/ restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Everything right on your doorstep.

Our mobile home is a 2018 model and is very nicely decorated. There is ample room for a family of four, with two loos and a shower. There is a fridge/freezer and gas cooker. The home is centrally heated and is double glazed. It is situated in our yard in a sun trap. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches and also 10 minutes to the centre of Truro, which is a lovely city, lots of shops, cafes and quaint streets. An ideal getaway,also an ideal place to work from, laptop space and very quiet.
