To stay at the Cottage you need a car as it rests at the end of private road climbing the mountain with a gorgeous view over the La Spezia gulf. It is the perfect destination for 2 families with kids because there are 4 rooms and 2 of them are with bunk beds. You will be surrounded by nature, tranquillity and beauty!

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

The three seas are ideal accommodation for a couple of lovers looking for peace and quiet. Located in the heart of Mount Argentario with a wonderful view of the sea, it can be a starting point for many trekking trails or to reach all the coves of the Argentario. Just 2km from the sea, the road to get there is winding and partly dirt. It's not a place for everyone!
