Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals are allowed to walk approximately freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the mini breeze. Wake up to hanegal. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers The bathroom is easy, without a shower, but the bath staircase and the delicious water do the trick. There's a gas grill there there there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water & mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør with more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the convenience store.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property is based in Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

The house is from 2001, the architect sign and cladding in the Osp. It is completely unobtrusive, it is 200 m to the nearest neighbor and borders the Raet National Park on Tromøya. More beaches 5-10 min away by car or boat. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total of 8 (9 upon request) beds. There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that needs to be watered, but it can also be harvested ...

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Great newer cottage (finished 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views over the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin area approximately 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city centre. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
