Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

In the heart of the village of meymans, at the foot of the vercors we welcome you to our cottage completely renovated in 2016 and equipped in our former mansion with its independent enclosed garden. Available deckchairs garden furniture and BBQ. Parking on site in a dead end along the cottage. Located 15km from the tgv station, 10 minutes from all amenities, 1H30 from Lyon and 1h15 from Grenoble Dogs and cats accepted a very fast!!

Welcome to Ardece ! We will be delighted to welcome you to our home with all the comforts to relax after busy days you will spend in our beautiful region. This old sheepfold that we renovated is minutes from the character village of ROCHEMAURE. Ideally located to the south the southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, the Eyrieux valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.

This 35 m2 fully equipped cabin that combines rusticity and comfort. It enjoys a privileged environment under the cover of an acacias forest. Its spacious terrace welcomes you for meals and moments of relaxation. This accommodation can accommodate 4 people. The expression “going green” here takes on its full meaning, with privacy and serenity.
