The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez bei Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away, and the festival house is 20 minutes away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it to travel. The house is right next to the small Margrafen castle Schreez. In 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Wonderful apartment, great location, parking lot

A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment In the heart of Bayreuth. By foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. The Obermain Therme, Vierzehnheiligen and Kloster Banz can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have it close to Fränksiche Schweiz. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
