9 Palms Beach House

2600 Sq ft house with 5 bedrooms, a cool host, and an even cooler puppy. I used to live in the master bedroom and have been hosting single rooms and meeting a ton of guests. So the master bedroom is currently being remodeled and I am getting beachier furniture. I’m only 23 and want to aim more towards my age group who wants to come down to PCB for a ton of fun :) This listing is a work in progress and will be getting updates as I furnish the house. The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy beach side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement. Our cottage is a 700 sq ft open plan with a king bed, described as the best sleeping mattress. This is a very private house with views of a local farm and a pond. Two covered porches, large dining and living areas, and everything provided. Less than an hour from Panama City Beach or Chipley Florida. One bedroom and two futons in the living room makes room for 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Small shed out back to store personal items. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent neighors that are hardly seen or heard. Farm is far enough away to enjoy the view without the pests or noise.

Short walk to Beck Ave where you will find 17 bars and restaurants many with live music every night. Parking for 3 vehicles. The home is also a 5 minute drive along scenic Beach Drive to Panama City's main street with more restaurants, brewery and events. St. Andrews State Park is a 16 minute drive for those who want some beach time. Avoid the traffic and crowds and vacation with the locals. Bring your bikes, a major bike lane runs right in front of the house.
