Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. New 2 room apartment (70m2) right on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Our apartment can accommodate 1-4 people. The living room/dining room is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen offers enough space and is well equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room there is an additional bed which can be enlarged into a double bed. Within walking distance (100m) is the train station and the ship docking station.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne, no public road or road is in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace right on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. The tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
