With shower and bathtub, the apartment is present in the bathrooms. You sleep in a spacious double bed on the loft. Breakfast with fresh rolls and local products can be enjoyed at the spacious dining table inside or outside on the terrace with a beautiful view over the lands. The house has its own entrance.

The story goes back to 1847 where the first generation of our family started making original Gouda Cheese. We still make it the same way and we are proud of it. Do you want to spend a few days on a real traditonal farm without a lag of luxury, then you just found the right adress. Want to see how we make cheese or how we milk the cows? Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is where The Barn is found. Staying in this original old barn, and now cozy vacation home, is an experience in itself! Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the stables on the property, where the horses naturally live outdoors, adds to the rural atmosphere. There's a view of horses everywhere on premises!

Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century. We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack

Een delightful holiday house situated in the summerhouse of the farm Welgelegen. The farmhouse is situated next to river 't Gein. The area is very suitable for walks and bike tours. The house is 500 meters away from the idyllic town Abcoude and very close to the train station. The train brings you in 20 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam which makes it possible to combine the business of the city with the welcoming space and peace of the country life.

Group Accommodation

The accommodation is made with many natural and authentic building materials, so that each room has its own appearance. Very suitable for families or groups who like to go out together and eat together, but also like privacy. The train station can be reached on foot in 10/12 minutes (1 km) It is also possible to use the local bus between 07:50 and 16:50 to the station and Breukelen. It departs every hour.

Guesthouse on estate on the Vecht

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Building on Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the property of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrecht lakes, where our cows, mostly primeval Dutch blackheads, graze in a centuries-old park-like cultural landscape.
