Het huisje biedt een intieme, eenvoudige en rustgevende retraite voor 2 personen. Gelegen aan open water in het uitgebreide recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude. Op nog geen 30 min. met de auto of trein van het centrum van Amsterdam en het strand. In het historische Haarlem ben je zelfs binnen 10 min. met de auto. Om de hoek ligt het schilderachtige Spaarndam voor een hapje en een drankje. Op nog geen 10 min. lopen is er ook een zwemmeertje. Geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

Onze accommodatie is gelegen op een unieke plek op het erf van onze woonark. In een Unesco beschermd natuurgebied maar op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Spaarndam en grotere steden als Haarlem, Amsterdam en Alkmaar. Dit is de ideale verblijfplaats voor de actieve natuurliefhebber. Naast prachtige steden zijn ook de stranden van Zandvoort, Bloemendaal en Ijmuiden goed bereikbaar. Het recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude biedt uitkomst voor verschillende sportieve en ontspannende activiteiten.

Charming beach cottage, surprisingly complete

On the big beach of IJmuiden is my charming beach house of +/- 25 m2. That means being able to get stuck in the "golden hours" while the day trippers leave, sleeping with the sound of the sea, waking up with a dip as a shower. But it's also sand in your bed, occasional storm and rain! It is important to have respect for your neighbors, the fragility of the cottage and of course the nature. Don't expect luxury; the cottages are simple, but complete, that's all you need.

The summer house is located on a campsite in a dune pan in IJmuiden within walking distance of the beach. The dune pan provides a pleasant shelter against the sea wind. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by car (40 m) or public transport (55 m). A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children can stay. The cottage is fully equipped, such as a BBQ, garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior gives a Caribbean feeling.
