Self check-in, garage space directly in the house can be rented for €15.- per day, elevator from garage makes arrivals /departures easy. U-Bahn station Alte Donau (U1)right by bridge, 9 minutes to downtown, swimming opportunity right in front of the house. TV all board members, Internet WiFi, living-dining room with water view, Leisure facilities, cycling jogging, supermarket across the street, very good restaurants

The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the metro and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastromomie on site (bakery, food, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 restaurant + lounge"). There is a parking garage in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Georgeous flat with big terrace

This newly built flat offers all amenities for a great stay in Vienna. It is quiet and located in beautiful Kaisermühlen, which is part of the 22nd district and surrounded by water (Danube). It's right next to the UNO as well as the Vienna International Center (Around 10 minutes walking distance or 4 minutes by bus). Only 5 walking minutes away, you can find a supermarket, pharmacy etc. The city center (and St. Stephen’s cathedral) can be reached easily by public transport within 15 minutes.

This is a very light big apartment, located on the sunny side of the building, (3rd floor without elevator) and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 15 min away from city center (Stephansplatz), using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)
