La scala interna col soffitto decorato porta al primo piano: un grande soggiorno con camino a legna, una grande cucina con camino, due stanze matrimoniali e un bagno. Al secondo piano vi sono due stanze più piccole e un bagno. Sui tetti una terrazza panoramica. Al piano terreno un giardino pensile una piccola cappella e forno per il pane. Davanti al portone una macina in pietra di epoca romana accoglie i visitatori.

First floor villa with entrance. It's a house directly on the sea. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The terrace is romantic and relaxing. In 4 minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the pool. Total 6 Sleeps IMPORTANT: The house was purchased June 18, 2024. I tried to fix it in a few days! Mattresses, pillows, sheets, sofas, pillowcases, fridge, TV, coffee machine, chairs, washing machine are all new.
