Completely refurbished apartment with nice details of 105 sqm. Everything is new and delicious. Suitable for families up to 6 people or maybe three couples on vacation together. The Old Garnbinderi is located absolutely fantastic in Klintholm Havn 100 meters from the island's best beach and 500 meters from VERY child-friendly beach. The house is decorated cozy with respect for the history of the house. There is a new kitchen and lovely patio. The house is ideal for two families who want to vacation together. The kitchen has everything needed to cook great food for the whole family. The cozy courtyard invites you to enjoy many hours of coziness and barbecue. Should it rain, there is a covered terrace.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house there is the most beautiful view over fields and forest and a lot of amazing nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the setting for a kitchen-living room and a large living room with stunning views. Both rooms have access to the garden and there are several options for eating outside. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On repos is a TV room, table and a toilet.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Wonderful country house in beautiful surroundings

With nature in the backyard, there's room for relaxation at a high level. Outside the door there is access to an amazing garden with bird whistle and charm. The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. Enjoy the evening sun on the outdoor area with a good cup of coffee and a lovely book - or just what you need.
