Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rear property opening onto beautiful Sullivans Lake Park. Modern home features large lounge, separate dining and well equiped kitchen. The 2 ensuite bedrooms have queen beds. Separate office for those traveling on business. PVC blinds enclose the large north facing deck featuring dining and sitting areas. Watch the ducks, herons, swans and other water birds as the sun goes down. Lakefront unfenced, therefore unsuitable for under 12's.

Stunning views of Whale Island and the beach which is only a 2 min walk. A stones throw from the Ohope beach Charter Club, medical centre/ pharmacy and playground.. handy to the local shops and everything else Ohope has to offer! There is a food truck village, coffee cart, 1 min walk from the front door and an honesty box with local produce on the front it lawn!!

Cheerful cottage with sea views.

This stunning location really is the best spot in Opotiki. Massive views out to sea and picturesque sunsets. The cottage is located up a private driveway with plenty of off road parking. There’s even room for your boat. We welcome dogs, but there is a fee of $50 per pet. The property is fully fenced which is fantastic for the kids. There is a paddock for the horse by arrangement. There is an outdoor shower for after beach visit. Only 2min drive to beach and cycle trail.
