Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Very spacious and cozy accommodation, super equipped, located 10m from the woods, walks in the countryside, along the small river La Hoegne, the Hautes Fagnes , Spa F1 in small village of csmpagne. Top: the Fagnes Reserve and its magnificent walks on foot or bike. The accommodation has been completely renovated to best suit a stay as a couple, family, friends... The terrace is large, pleasant and sunny! Private detached cottage with private parking and covered. Top location!

You have a terrace, garden and pétanque track.

Located near the restaurant "Le Chalet suisse" in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3km), the Roulotte will be the ideal starting point, magnificent walks, relaxation at the Thermes (2km), a part of Golf (500m) or a visit to the famous spa circuit -Francorchamps.
