Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Ramp access, wide doorways and walk in shower for those less able Quiet, rural position yet just off a main route. Ideal for visiting Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or a walk along the sea bank. Boston 8 miles, Skegness 12 miles. Pub at the end of the lane serving tasty food, two villages close by with Co-Op (+electric car charging point), Post Offices, fish & chip shop, Indian takeaway, 2 more pubs Wi-Fi (though patchy - we are rural!)
